The Fall, changes in the air

Well, it finally happened! It cooled off today, and not a moment too soon if you ask me.  That’s if you consider 91 degree weather cooler than 97 degree which we had yesterday. Personally, I am looking forward to the cooler weather. While we don’t have snow in Ventura, it can get real cool especially around 3 am.  Down to the 60’s and sometimes 40’s. There is just something about the change in weather, the fact that it gets darker earlier, and then the holidays. While Thanksgiving and Christmas are no longer big events at my home, they used to be when the kids were small, I still like the songs and the atmosphere. So, here is looking at change. I am glad that we that change. Can you imagine how boring it would be to have summer for 12 months in a row? I sure can’t, and don’t ever want to find out either. So bring on the change. I welcome it.
